Leonidas of Sparta: A Heroic King—in Greece!
Congratulations to Wheatmark author, Helena P. Schrader! The Greek edition of her book, Leonidas of Sparta: A Heroic King, was recently launched in Sparta at an event hosted by the Mayor of Sparta and attended by Greek scholars, members of the Greek publishing industry, and the public.
To quote Helena:
It was a great honor, to say the least, to get such strong support in such a historic venue. The bookstores of Sparta have stocked the book, and brochures for the book will be in all the hotels.
You can also find Helena on December 1 for the University of Nottingham’s “Sparta Live!” Webinar Series. This event will be in English and people from all over the world can attend virtually.
