Author Kimberly Howey grew up with a passion for reading. Her first book, My Teacher Is Magic, is inspired by her many years as a first grade teacher. She lives with her husband and two children in Peoria, Arizona.
Illustrator Tisha Morgan has been in love with art from an early age. She is a Phoenix resident and mother of two girls.
